Makan-makan @ Al-Rawsha

Last friday, Dr Dinon aka Cik MatGebang and wife, Kak E invited us for dinner in Al-Rawsha. As Kak E said it was an upah for us to help her goreng karipup (ejaan PCP) for Tautan Kasih IV last month. Alaaa.....bukan susah pun sebenaqnya...we don't mind. As i love to cook, duduk kat dapoq Kak E nih mcm2 ilmu dapat. As i was always menyibuk when we had meetings in Pakdidik's house la. Org sibuk mesorat, aku sibuk pi tgk dia goreng koteau. Hehehe......i am always like this since i was young. Kalo balik rumah tokwan, i will do bising2 in the kitchen and help my aunties to do the cooking (anak bapak....besa laaaaa........)

Ok, back to Al-Rawsha. It is a Lebanese Restaurant named after the famous legendary Rawsha rock in Beirut, Lebanon. The rock located in the middle of the sea, with 60 meters height. With large whole which cut through the rock with the boats can easily pass through the tunnel.

That nite was our 2nd visit there after end of January to celebrate birthday of my friend's husband. Ni sumer gara2 cik mat n kak e dok promote Al-Rawsha la nih.

There were 10 of us enjoying the dinner. Cik Mat, Kak E and Atikah,PCP, Kak Norma n Afidah, Kak Azie n hubby, and me and ny encik tunang.

I had Barbican - malt drink (ala2 ayaq menet la) and my encik tunang had Carrot Susu. Then we had roti and fresh salad with some chick pea spread..me? only roti and salad will do. Then we had Nasik Madghut. It is rice cooked together with chicken. Ala2 nasik beriani. Tapi lembut and sedap sgt nasik tu. The chicken also taste good. Lemak pun takdak. We really enjoy the food. Tak kenyang sangat mcm sllu kita mkn nasik cam besa tuh.

We left around 11 and after that i received a call saying that my fren's 7 days old daughter passed away on that evening. Al-Fatihah to Airish Adzreena Al-Ahza Binti Ahmad
